About Raising Good Humans

With clarity and compassion, mindfulness mentor Hunter Clarke-Fields shares her groundbreaking insights into modern parenting: it's not enough to just know the "right" way to respond, it takes inner work to reduce our biological stress response — so that we can access our more thoughtful, loving selves. Change in families comes from the inside-out, and it takes practice.

In this easy-to-read book, Hunter Clarke-Fields shares a wealth of tools and practices that not only transform the way you parent on the outside, but also your relationship to yourself on the inside. The end result is happier parents, more cooperation from children, and parenting becoming easier and easier as time passes.

You'll know that you're not alone as you read Hunter's honest and vulnerable sharing of her struggles. You'll see that you are not to blame for your hot temper or feeling like one big button waiting to be pushed. You'll learn research-proven tools and practices that will create palpable changes in your day-to-day life with your child.

Raising Good Humans is the roadmap you've been looking for to leave the authoritarian practices of the past behind, while creating cooperation from the inside-out, and loving relationships with your children for a lifetime.
